The development consists of 4 storey buildings with basement carparks and fully maximised the space and resources available through the co-location.

Special attention was given to design for the needs of different users of varying age group and physical abilities. The project also explored the effective design of a barrier-free environment for all users and was conferred the BCA Universal Design Award.
