The Circle Line is an extension of the Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) System and a major national infrastructure project. 3PA was entrusted with the management of compliance with authorities' requirements and the proper execution of design on site.

The scope encompassed 3 stations:

Paya Lebar was an existing station being upgraded to be the interchange between the elevated East-West Line and the new

underground Circle Line. Work was conducted without disruption of existing services.

Mountbatten and Dakota Stations also serve as major bomb shelters in the Singapore Civil Defence infrastructure. They are fitted with major life support, water treatment and emergency power facilities.
