This project integrates the design of energy efficient features for the redecoration and refurbishment works at JTC flatted factories at Woodlands Loop & Woodlands Link.

Spanning across 3 blocks ranging from 4 to 9 storeys, the industrial development houses tenants from the food & beverage; precision engineering, general manufacturing and automobile industries.
