The design concept seeks to incorporate and capitalise on the scenic surroundings with the development, through the traditional Chinese architectural technique of "borrowing the scenes". Building and landscape are merged seamlessly along vertical green walls and sky gardens. This creates the

additional spaces to enable communal bonding and enjoyment of nature beyond the ground level.

The project was the winner of the Global Chinese Real Estate Convention (GREC) for Most Liveable Design 2007.
