The design seeks to harmonize the scale and proportion of the large development with its vicinity, creating urban plazas and freeing up the ground level for greenery and communal public use.

In doing so, the development will inject a new sense of vitality to the existing streetscape, retail activities and incubates the growth of a potential 24/7 work-live-play community.
