As a community hub in the vicinity and located strategically next to the future Mayflower MRT Station, the new CC will accommodate new social and recreational facilities for residents and visitors alike, including childcare centre, dance

and culinary studio as well as seminar rooms and F&B. There will also be a new Senior Care Centre co-located within the CC to cater to the needs of the ageing population.
